Fine Wearables
I design and weave fine wearables. My pieces are fascinating up close, to catch your eye, and look great from across a room, to catch someone else’s. All my designs are worn by any gender.
Handwoven in Maine
My studio is located on an island in midcoast Maine. I work on non-computerized 8-shaft floor looms – ever-updated but timeless tools, brilliant devices of wood and string, on which I create elegant textiles.
Shop
I weave in Tencel, an eco-friendly fiber made from wood pulp. This strong fine yarn has a natural luster and is a pleasure to weave. On my loom, I turn it into fabric with a marvelous hand and lovely drape – a pleasure to wear.
